Founded in 2019 in the heart of Lahore's renowned Auriga Market, Kamran Embroidery is dedicated to authentic Pakistani hand-embroidery, pure luxury fabrics, and timeless design.
In an era dominated by automated machine printing and synthetic fabrics, Kamran Embroidery was established with a clear mission: to keep real Pakistani hand embroidery alive and accessible to women who value genuine craftsmanship.
Our journey started in 2019 at the bustling New Auriga Shopping Mall in Gulberg-3, Lahore. Over the years, our dedication to 100% pure katan silk, fine chiffon, organza, and velvet earned the trust of families across Pakistan and overseas communities in the UK, USA, UAE, and Canada.
Today, with two physical branches in Lahore and a dedicated team of master karigars (craftsmen), we create bespoke bridal wear, festive formals, and supply bulk embroidered fabrics to boutique owners and retailers globally.

Experience our fabrics, embroidery swatches, and finished bridal collections firsthand.

A transparent look at the 5 stages behind every Kamran Embroidery dress.

From original paper sketches to fabric tracing
Every new outfit starts with hand-drawn sketches by our design team in Lahore. We draw traditional floral motifs, paisleys, and border patterns, which are then perforated onto tracing paper (khaka) to transfer the design onto the fabric.

100% natural katan silks, velvets, and organzas
A great dress starts with genuine, high-quality cloth. We strictly use pure katan raw silk, soft silk organza, pure chiffon, grade-A micro-velvet, and pure Swiss voile. We never use cheap synthetic blends in our formal and bridal lines.

Real needlework by master karigars in Lahore
The fabric is stretched tight on traditional wooden embroidery frames (adda). Our master karigars, who have spent decades perfecting their craft, embroider each flower and vine by hand using gold tilla, zardozi wire, and pure silk resham thread.

Setting seed pearls, cut dana, and fine sequins
Once the embroidery is in place, our artisans hand-sew tiny seed pearls, crystal beads, cut dana, and sequins onto the flowers. This gives the dress that rich, dimensional sparkle under event lights.

Custom measurements and neat interior finishing
The embroidered panels are cut and stitched to your exact measurements. Every seam is neatly finished with soft silk lining and hand-stitched hems, inspected thoroughly for loose threads before being carefully packed in a breathable garment bag.
The foundation of trust we have built with Pakistani families and overseas clients.
We work directly with traditional adda karigars, providing fair wages, dignified workshops, and supporting families that have preserved this Pakistani needlework heritage for generations.
We strictly select genuine pure katan silk, soft organza, pure chiffon, and micro-velvet. No cheap synthetic polyesters in our formal collections.
Every outfit includes generous inner margins for easy future alterations and fits you gracefully, whether you order online or visit us in Lahore.
