1. Nature of Handcrafted Haute Couture

Kamran Embroidery creates garments utilizing traditional hand needlework, including zardozi, hand tilla, and resham threadwork. Because each piece is individual and executed by human hands on wooden adda frames, slight organic variations in needlework tension, sequin placement, and dye lot depth are inherent marks of authentic craftsmanship.

2. Orders & Inquiry Confirmation

Our couture collections are produced in limited batches or crafted made-to-measure. An order is confirmed once:

• The patron has approved fabric, color choice, and measurement specifications.
• Agreed order advance or full payment is received.
• An official order invoice and expected completion timeline have been issued.

3. Production Timelines & Custom Sizing

Standard ready-to-ship pret pieces dispatch within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order Formal Couture typically requires 3–5 weeks, and Bridal Heritage requires 8–12 weeks. We make every reasonable effort to meet agreed deadlines; however, delicate artisan handcraft cannot be rushed without compromising structural excellence.

4. Bespoke Alterations & Returns

Because bespoke garments are individually customized according to personalized client measurements and specifications, custom-tailored and bridal pieces cannot be returned for cash refunds. However, in the rare event of a sizing discrepancy, our team offers alteration adjustments.

5. Intellectual Property

All original garment designs, motif illustrations, photography, video assets, brand logos, and written content appearing on this website are the proprietary intellectual property of Kamran Embroidery and protected by Pakistani and international copyright laws.
